2. Tariff plans and offers are compliant to the rules, regulations and guidelines set by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) and Department of Telecommunications (DoT), ensuring total transparency and adherence to industry standards.
3. Globnet Broadband Partners charges a one-time fee for installation that is non-refundable. This fee covers the cost of setting up and connecting your service, so you can enjoy uninterrupted internet access.
4. Wi-Fi speeds may vary depending on your in-house coverage and device performance.
5. Promotional Offers or Tariff plans are for a limited period and may be withdrawn without prior notification.
6. All tariff plan is subjected to availability at selected locations.
7. Goods and Service Tax will be charged extra as applicable.
8. Valid Mobile no & email address are mandatory to avail OTT services.
9. FTTH is mandatory on and above 100 Mbps Tariff Plan.
10. 5060 port not Supported.
11. Globnet Broadband Service Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify or withdraw its plans, Terms & Conditions without notice to the customer.
12. Globnet Broadband Service Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to Cancel/Modify or Discontinue the Tariff Plan, bundled & Add-Ons OTT subscription at any time during its validity as may be required in view of business necessity & customer are advised to follow our website www.globnet.in for any such changes.
13. The IP address provided by the company shall only be used for the purpose it has been provisioned for. Any unauthorized use of the IP Address may result in termination or withdrawal of service.
14. The customer is liable for any damages or losses resulting from their use of the IP address. Globnet Broadband Service Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the customer’s use of the IP address.
